No. SMSCreation numbers are real mobile numbers in each country's official mobile range, not VoIP numbers, which is why they work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and Google. If one doesn't, we replace it free within 7 days or refund 100%.

It depends on the country. After the country code, mobile numbers usually have 7 to 12 digits — 10 in the US, Canada, the UK and India, and 10 or 11 in Germany.

No. Drop the domestic trunk prefix, usually 0: UK 07700 900123 becomes +44 7700 900123.

Usually the wrong country is selected, the leading 0 was kept, or the digit count doesn't match that country's format. Check it against the country's format.

No. There's no KYC: no ID, no real name, no phone number and no card. An email address is all you need to buy a number in any country.

Open a support ticket in your dashboard or email support@smscreation.com within 7 days of activation. Include the number and the app name, and say whether you want a new number or a refund.

No. If an app suspends an account for its own policy reasons after verification succeeds, that is not a number fault. Support will still help, but the guarantee covers the number itself.
