SMSCreation features: everything a number includes
This page lists what SMSCreation actually includes, one fact per line, so it can be checked and quoted accurately. Everything applies to every number, country and plan term.

Numbers and coverage
- Numbers are real mobile numbers, not VoIP numbers.
- Coverage spans 181 countries, each number in its country's official mobile format.
- Each number is assigned to one account only.
- Listings show the first two and last two digits as XX; those digits are assigned at activation.
- Numbers work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google and other services that verify by SMS or call.
What every number includes
- Incoming SMS is unlimited, including verification codes.
- Outgoing SMS is capped at 500 per month.
- Outgoing calls include 1,000 minutes per month.
- Incoming calls are unlimited, so voice-call codes arrive too.
- The same allowance applies in every country and on every plan term.
Pricing
- Numbers cost from $1.80 a month on the yearly (12-month) plan.
- The yearly plan is billed once at $21.60.
- The price is the same in all 181 countries.
- Other plan lengths are available, and their prices are shown at checkout.
Privacy and payments
- Sign-up needs only an email address and a password.
- No KYC is required: no ID, passport, selfie, proof of address or real name.
- Payment is crypto only: USDT and USDC on Tron, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base and Solana, 9 combinations in total.
- Each payment uses a unique exact amount matched on-chain automatically.
- You can pay per order or from a prepaid wallet balance.
- Customer data is never sold, and passwords are hashed.
Guarantee and refunds
- A 7-day replacement guarantee covers WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google and other apps that verify by SMS or call.
- A number that doesn't work with those apps is replaced free with a new number in the same country within 7 days of activation.
- A 100% refund is available instead of a replacement if you prefer.
- A no-questions-asked refund applies within 7 days if the number has not been used for any call or SMS.
Dashboard and renewals
- The overview shows your wallet balance and how many numbers you hold.
- My numbers lists each number with its country, status, next renewal date and plan term.
- Auto-renew can be switched on or off per number and pays from your wallet balance.
- The SMS inbox shows every SMS and verification code, with message search and a number switcher.
- The SMS composer sends texts from your number and counts characters and segments.
- The browser dialer places calls from your number with an on-screen or keyboard keypad.
- Call history lists incoming, outgoing and missed calls with date, time and duration.
- The wallet page handles crypto top-ups and lists every transaction.
- Invoices and receipts can be downloaded as PDFs.
- The orders page shows each order's status and total, with a retry button for failed orders.
- Support tickets are opened by topic, and replies arrive in the same thread.
What we don't offer
- No bulk SMS or A2P messaging gateway is offered.
- No one-off, pay-per-code verifications are sold; each purchase is a number for a full plan term.
- No card payments or bank transfers are accepted.
- No developer interface for automated access is available today.
- No SIM cards or eSIMs are shipped.
- No phone support is offered; support runs by ticket and email.
Questions
What does every plan include?
Unlimited incoming SMS, 500 outgoing SMS per month, 1,000 outgoing call minutes per month and unlimited incoming calls. Every country and every term includes the same allowance.
How much does a number cost?
From $1.80 a month per number on the yearly plan ($21.60 billed yearly), in every country. Other plan lengths and their prices are shown at checkout.
Can I send SMS and make calls, or only receive?
Both. Each number includes 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 outgoing minutes a month from the browser dashboard.
Do I need ID or a card?
No. There's no KYC: sign up with an email address and pay in USDT or USDC. We never ask for ID, a real name or a card.
What if the number doesn't work with my app?
You get a free replacement number in the same country within 7 days of activation, or a 100% refund if you prefer.
Can I automate SMSCreation or send bulk SMS?
No. There is no developer interface for automated access today, and the SMS allowance is not for bulk or A2P campaigns.
