1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of SMSCreation, operated by SMS Creation Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a number you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

We provide real mobile phone numbers, managed through our web dashboard. Every plan includes unlimited incoming SMS, 500 outgoing SMS per month, 1,000 outgoing call minutes per month and unlimited incoming calls. Numbers are provided through telecom partners; availability can vary by country.

3. Numbers & activation

Numbers are shown with the first two and last two digits masked (XX). These digits are assigned when your order is approved and the number is activated. The number is yours for the term you paid for.

4. Payment & wallet

Services are paid in cryptocurrency, either directly at checkout or from a prepaid wallet balance. Prices are in US dollars. Orders are confirmed once the exact on-chain payment is matched.

5. Ownership & renewals

Your number is yours for as long as you keep it renewed. Numbers auto-renew from your wallet balance when enabled. If your balance is insufficient, the number may be suspended after a short grace period and released afterwards.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend numbers used for fraud, spam, harassment or any unlawful activity.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Delivery of SMS and calls depends on third-party networks and senders, which we do not control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected number in the preceding month.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
