How Google & Gmail verification works
Google may ask for a phone number when you create a Gmail or Google account, and sends a verification code by SMS or voice call.
Because SMSCreation numbers are real mobile numbers, Google & Gmail treats them like any other phone: the code is delivered to your number and shows up in your dashboard inbox straight away.
Why it works with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram & Google
Apps check more than the digits: they look up the line type, the country format and whether the number can actually receive their code. Every SMSCreation number is a real mobile number in its country's official format — not a VoIP line — so it passes those checks the same way a SIM in your pocket does.
And we stand behind it with a 7-day replacement guarantee: if your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or refund 100% if you prefer.
- Non-VoIP, real mobile line type — line-type checks see an ordinary SIM number, not a VoIP line
- Official country format with the right country code, prefix and digit count
- Unlimited incoming SMS and calls — codes arrive by text or through the “call me” option
- Private to you — never listed on public SMS sites, so it isn't flagged or rate-limited
- Yours for as long as you want — re-verification and account recovery keep working
Google & Gmail verification details
Google says it sometimes requires phone verification before you create an account or sign in, to confirm you're a real person and to stop spammers. The code comes by text message, or by phone call if you choose the call option. For a new Gmail address, the number only has to receive that one code. It doesn't have to be your personal SIM. An SMSCreation number shows the SMS in your dashboard, and incoming calls are included.
Google limits how many accounts one phone number can create, and how many times one number can be used for verification. That's why a number that has been used many times gets rejected. After you're in, you can add the number as a recovery phone or as a 2-Step Verification phone. Google says it may take up to 7 days to trust a new number. It may also keep sending codes to your previous recovery info for 7 days after a change, as a safety window.

Common Google problems and fixes
- "This phone number cannot be used for verification": Google has reached its limit on accounts for that number, and its advice is to use a different number. Our guide "Google: this phone number cannot be used for verification" explains the causes.
- "This phone number has been used too many times for verification": this is the same idea, a per-number cap. You'll need a different number.
- No text message: Google says texts can be delayed in busy areas or by carrier issues. Wait a few minutes or switch to the phone-call option. If you requested several codes, only the most recent one is valid.
- Too many recovery code requests: Google limits recovery-code requests per day. If you think you've hit the limit, wait 24 hours before trying again.
- You're setting up a fresh inbox: our guide "Create a Gmail without your personal number" goes through the sign-up step by step.
Sign-up number, recovery phone and 2-Step phone at Google
Google uses a number in three separate roles, and they don't have to be the same line. The sign-up number only has to receive the one code Google asks for when it wants proof you're a real person. You can choose a text or a phone call for it. Because Google caps how many accounts and verifications one number can handle, a number that has done many sign-ups gets turned away. A number reserved for you avoids that.
Once you're in, the recovery phone and the 2-Step Verification phone are settings you control. Google says it may take up to 7 days to trust a new number. It may keep sending codes to your previous recovery details for 7 days after you change them, so don't drop the old number on the day you add a new one.

Questions
Does an SMSCreation number work with Google & Gmail?
Yes. Our numbers are real mobile numbers, so Google & Gmail can send its verification code to them by SMS — and by call where Google & Gmail offers it, since incoming calls are unlimited.
Which country should I choose for Google & Gmail?
Any country works. Pick the country where you want your contacts to see a local number, or where the service you're joining expects one.
Will the number work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and Google?
Yes — guaranteed. It's a real mobile number with unlimited incoming SMS and calls, so verification codes arrive by SMS or voice call. If it doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free within 7 days — or refund 100%.
Can I keep using the same number for Google & Gmail?
Yes. The number is yours for as long as you keep it renewed, so you can receive codes again for new devices or account recovery.
What if I don't need the number after all?
You're covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee — if the number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or Google, we replace it free or refund 100%; plus a no-questions-asked refund if you haven't used it for any call or SMS — request a refund within 7 days of activation.
How much does it cost?
From $1.80 a month on the yearly plan (billed yearly at $21.60/year). Every plan includes unlimited incoming SMS and calls, 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 minutes.
Why won't Google accept a number for verification?
Google limits how many accounts each number can create, and how many times one number can be used for verification, to prevent abuse. When you hit either limit, the fix Google gives is to use a different number. SMSCreation replaces a number that doesn't work with Google within 7 days of activation.
Can I use the same number as my Gmail recovery phone?
Yes. After signing up, go to Google Account > Security & sign-in > Recovery phone. The change can take up to 7 days to apply. Keep the number renewed, because Google may need to send a code there to let you back in.
Why did Google reject a number that receives SMS fine?
Google limits how many accounts one number can create and how many times it can be used for verification. A number that has hit those limits is refused even though texts reach it.
