Customers choose a country, choose a number (shown with the first two and last two digits masked as XX until activation), pay in crypto, and the number appears in the dashboard.

Payment methods
Crypto only: the USDT and USDC stablecoins on Tron (TRC-20), Polygon, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Base and Solana, nine network and asset combinations in total. Customers pay per order or top up a wallet. Each payment is identified by a unique exact amount matched on-chain. There are no card payments, no bank transfers and no chargebacks.
Guarantee and refunds
- 7-day replacement guarantee: if a number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or other apps that verify by SMS or call, the customer gets a free replacement number in the same country within 7 days of activation, or a 100% refund.
- No-questions-asked refund within 7 days of activation if the number has not been used for any call or SMS.
- Orders that cannot be activated are refunded to the wallet automatically; unused wallet balance is refundable on request, minus the network fee.
