A real Germany mobile number that works everywhere

Each Germany number follows the official +49 mobile numbering plan, so apps and websites recognise it as an ordinary German mobile number. So it's accepted by WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and Telegram, email and cloud accounts, online shops and the countless services that confirm you with a one-time code.

Every SMS lands in your dashboard inbox within seconds, and incoming calls ring straight through.

And we stand behind it with a 7-day replacement guarantee: if your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or refund 100% if you prefer.

  • Non-VoIP, real mobile line type — line-type checks see an ordinary SIM number, not a VoIP line
  • Official country format with the right country code, prefix and digit count
  • Unlimited incoming SMS and calls — codes arrive by text or through the “call me” option
  • Private to you — never listed on public SMS sites, so it isn't flagged or rate-limited
  • Yours for as long as you want — re-verification and account recovery keep working

Germany number format

Germany uses the country code +49. Mobile numbers have 11 digits after the country code and are written locally like 01512 3456789.

Right now there are 36 Germany numbers to choose from, each shown in its real format — for example +49 XX72 48449XX. The XX digits at each end are assigned when your order is approved and the number is activated, so your number is fresh and has never been shown to anyone.

Using a German number: local notes

Germany ties a lot of daily life to a verified mobile number: online banking apps, parcel services and lockers, classifieds, car- and bike-sharing, delivery apps and many shop accounts send one-time codes by SMS. WhatsApp is the dominant messenger, and German businesses often prefer a German number over a foreign one when you contact them.

German mobile numbers start with 015, 016 or 017 at home. After +49 they are either 10 or 11 digits long depending on the block — both lengths are valid, which confuses some foreign-built forms. Drop the leading 0 in international format: 01512 3456789 becomes +49 1512 3456789. You will also see notations like 0151/23456789 or (0151) 23456789; strip the slash and brackets before pasting into a form.

Getting a local SIM from abroad is the real obstacle: since July 2017 German providers must verify the identity of every prepaid customer before activation, usually by video call or in store with an accepted ID. Germany uses CET (UTC+1) and CEST (UTC+2) in summer.

  • Numbers after +49 can be 10 or 11 digits — don't pad or trim them.
  • Remove slashes, brackets and the trunk 0 when entering +49.
  • Mobile prefixes are 015x, 016x and 017x; other prefixes are landlines or special services.
  • German offices keep business hours strictly — try calls between 9:00 and 17:00 CET.

From $1.80 a month on the yearly plan (billed yearly at $21.60/year), with unlimited incoming SMS and calls, 500 SMS and 1,000 minutes included.

What is your refund policy?

If your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any other app, tell us within 7 days of activation: we replace it free with a new number in the same country, or refund 100% if you prefer. And if you change your mind before using the number for any call or SMS, you get a full refund — no questions asked.

Do I need to live in Germany or show ID?

No. You don't need to be in Germany, own a Germany SIM or upload documents — an email address is enough to create your account.

What does a Germany mobile number look like?

Germany mobile numbers have 11 digits after +49, for example 01512 3456789 when written locally.

Can I make calls and send SMS from my Germany number?

Yes — 1,000 outgoing minutes and 500 outgoing SMS are included every month, and incoming calls and SMS are unlimited.

How do people call my Germany number from abroad?

From a mobile, they dial +49 XX72 48449XX. From the US or Canada they dial 011 49 XX72 48449XX; from most other countries, 00 49 XX72 48449XX.

Is it really private?

Yes. There's no KYC: we never ask for ID, a real name, a phone number or a card. You sign up with an email and pay in crypto, so nothing ties your Germany number to your identity or bank. We never sell your data.

Why crypto only?

Stablecoins let you pay privately from anywhere with no card, bank or currency conversion — USDT and USDC on 9 networks, priced in US dollars.

How do I pay from Germany?

With crypto — USDT or USDC on Tron, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base or Solana — or from your SMSCreation wallet balance. Prices are in US dollars, so you never pay EUR conversion or card fees.

Why are some German mobile numbers longer than others?

The Bundesnetzagentur allocates mobile blocks of different sizes. Numbers in some 015x and 017x blocks have 10 digits after +49, while others, including most 016x and 0176, have 11. Both are correct. If a form insists on one fixed length, it was built for another country's numbering plan.

Why is a local German SIM hard to get from abroad?

German law requires providers to verify a prepaid customer's identity before activation, typically with a passport and a video check, and some providers also want a German address. With SMSCreation you sign up with an email address only and the German mobile number appears in your web dashboard after payment.
