Refund & Replacement Policy

1. 7-day replacement guarantee
Every SMSCreation number is a real mobile number that works with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google, Instagram and other apps that verify by SMS or call. If your number doesn't work with them, tell us within 7 days of activation and we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or, if you prefer, refund 100% of what you paid for it. This applies even if the number has already received messages or calls.
2. No-questions-asked refund
You can also request a full refund within 7 days of activation, for any reason, provided the number has not been used for any call or SMS (incoming or outgoing).
3. After 7 days
After 7 days from activation, the payment for the current term is non-refundable. The number stays yours until the end of the term you paid for.
4. Orders not delivered
If an order cannot be activated, the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.
5. Wallet balance
Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request, minus the network fee of sending the crypto back.
6. Payments after expiry
If you paid after a checkout window expired, submit a refund address in the payment window or open a ticket — we'll return the funds within 2 working days.
