What WhatsApp checks on a +371 number

WhatsApp asks the number to receive a six-digit code. The first attempt is an SMS; when the countdown is over you can request an automated call that speaks the code. WhatsApp lists VoIP, toll-free, premium-rate and universal access numbers as unsupported, and accepts landlines only on the WhatsApp Business app, which rules out Latvia's 80 and 90 ranges, keeps the 6 range for business accounts only, and leaves the 2-series mobiles.
