A separate number for your crypto life, paid in stablecoins

If you hold or trade crypto, your phone number is a more attractive target than most people's. It's how community members find you on messaging apps, how some services send login codes, and — in the worst case — a way for an attacker to try to take over accounts by taking over your number.

Many crypto users also simply prefer to pay for services with the assets they already hold. SMSCreation fits both instincts: payment is crypto only, sign-up needs only an email, and the number is a real mobile number kept apart from your personal carrier line.

This page covers why a separate number helps, how to set it up securely, and where a phone number of any kind should not be your main line of defence. It's general information about phone numbers, not financial advice.

01

The problem: your personal number is an attack surface

Crypto communities live on messaging apps, and joining them with your personal number can expose it to thousands of strangers — including scammers who specifically target people they know hold crypto. Your personal number may also be linked to your real name, your email and your other accounts.

The better-known risk is account takeover. In SIM swapping, criminals get a carrier to move a victim's number to a device they control — through social engineering, phishing or insiders — then use SMS codes to reset passwords. The FBI has publicly warned about it, singling out crypto accounts and recommending authenticator apps or physical security tokens over SMS. The more of your important accounts rely on SMS to your personal number, the more one successful attack can reach.

02

How a separate real mobile number helps

A dedicated number splits your exposure. Community chats, crypto newsletters and trading-tool alerts go to a number that isn't your personal one, so scammers in public groups can't tie you to your everyday identity through it, and an attack on your personal line doesn't automatically expose the accounts you've moved.

It's a real mobile number in the country's official mobile format, which matters for messaging apps and services that verify by SMS and may refuse numbers from internet calling ranges. Codes arrive in a private web dashboard protected by your own login, not by a SIM card someone could try to have reissued at your carrier's store.

  • Paid in USDT or USDC on Tron, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base or Solana — 9 network/asset combinations
  • Email-only sign-up with no KYC: no ID, selfie or proof of address
  • Each order has a unique exact amount matched on-chain
  • No cards, no bank transfers and no chargebacks

Recommended setup

Pick a country that fits the services you'll use the number with — often your home country, or the country a particular service expects. All 181 countries cost the same. Pay per order, or top up a wallet so the number renews automatically.

The yearly plan at $1.80 a month ($21.60 billed yearly) is the right term for anything security-related: a number that lapses can't receive the code you need to get back into an account, and you don't want it ever passing to someone else while your accounts still point to it.

  1. 01Create an SMSCreation account with an email that's itself protected by strong, non-SMS two-step login.
  2. 02Use a long, unique password stored in a password manager.
  3. 03Choose a country, pick a number and pay in USDT or USDC from your wallet.
  4. 04Use the number for community messaging apps, alerts and services that need a phone number.
  5. 05Keep enough wallet balance for auto-renewal so the number never lapses.
04

Security: don't let SMS be your only lock

A separate number reduces exposure; it doesn't make SMS the strongest form of two-step login. For any account that holds or can move funds, use the strongest option the service offers — typically an authenticator app, a passkey or a hardware security key — and treat SMS as a backup at most, if the service allows you to remove it at all.

Remember that your SMSCreation login becomes the key to the number. Protect the email address behind it, never share dashboard access, and never read a code out to anyone who contacts you — no genuine support team, exchange or community admin will ever ask for it.

05

What to watch out for

A no-KYC phone number doesn't change anyone else's rules. Exchanges and other regulated services set their own identity and verification requirements, and a phone number can't substitute for them. Follow each service's terms.

SMSCreation's acceptable use policy prohibits bulk account creation, fraud and spam. That rules out using numbers to farm airdrops or referral bonuses with multiple accounts, run fake community accounts, or impersonate projects and support staff.

06

A hypothetical example

This scenario is invented to illustrate the setup. Imagine a developer in Singapore who moderates a crypto project's community chat. His personal number keeps getting messages from strangers claiming to be support staff, and his personal messaging profile shows his real name.

He takes a Singapore real mobile number paid in USDC, registers his community messaging account on it with a handle instead of his name, and routes project alerts there. For his own exchange account he switches two-step login to a hardware security key. His personal number drops out of public view, and a scam on his personal line no longer reaches his crypto accounts.

07

Why it works with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram & Google

Apps check more than the digits: they look up the line type, the country format and whether the number can actually receive their code. Every SMSCreation number is a real mobile number in its country's official format — not a VoIP line — so it passes those checks the same way a SIM in your pocket does.

And we stand behind it with a 7-day replacement guarantee: if your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or refund 100% if you prefer.

  • Non-VoIP, real mobile line type — line-type checks see an ordinary SIM number, not a VoIP line
  • Official country format with the right country code, prefix and digit count
  • Unlimited incoming SMS and calls — codes arrive by text or through the “call me” option
  • Private to you — never listed on public SMS sites, so it isn't flagged or rate-limited
  • Yours for as long as you want — re-verification and account recovery keep working
08

Price, keeping the number and the 7-day guarantee

The yearly plan is $1.80 a month ($21.60 billed yearly), the same in every country. The number stays yours while it's renewed from your wallet. If it doesn't work with an app you need, you get a free replacement in the same country within 7 days of activation or a 100% refund, and a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days if it hasn't been used for any call or SMS.

Questions

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

USDT and USDC stablecoins on Tron (TRC-20), Polygon, BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), Base and Solana — 9 network/asset combinations. Crypto is the only payment method.

Do you ask for KYC?

No. Sign-up needs only an email address. There's no ID, passport, selfie or proof of address.

Does a separate number protect me from SIM swapping?

It keeps the accounts you move off your personal carrier line, so an attack on that line doesn't reach them. For accounts that hold funds, use an authenticator app, passkey or security key rather than relying on SMS.

Can I use it for exchange verification?

Where an exchange accepts SMS verification, a real mobile number can receive the code, but each exchange applies its own rules and identity checks.

Can I use numbers for airdrops or referral farming?

No. Creating multiple accounts to farm rewards breaks our acceptable use policy and the terms of most projects.

What happens if I forget to renew?

The number is no longer yours and codes won't reach you. Keep a wallet balance for auto-renewal, and move accounts off the number before you ever let it go.

Will the number work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and Google?

Yes — guaranteed. It's a real mobile number with unlimited incoming SMS and calls, so verification codes arrive by SMS or voice call. If it doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free within 7 days — or refund 100%.
