A real phone number
for AliExpress.

Get a real mobile number for AliExpress in any of 181 countries. Receive the AliExpress verification code by SMS or call, use the number for a shopping login and account-recovery number kept apart from your personal SIM, and keep it for as long as you want.

Every number includes unlimited incoming SMS, 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 outgoing minutes a month, and unlimited incoming calls — from $1.80 a month on the yearly plan, with a 7-day replacement guarantee — if the number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or Google, we replace it free or refund 100%; plus a no-questions-asked refund if you haven't used it for any call or SMS.

01

How AliExpress verification works

AliExpress uses the phone number an account was registered with for login and for account verification when you sign in, change your password, email or phone, or delete the account.

Because SMSCreation numbers are real mobile numbers, AliExpress treats them like any other phone: the code is delivered to your number and shows up in your dashboard inbox straight away.

02

Why it works with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram & Google

Apps check more than the digits: they look up the line type, the country format and whether the number can actually receive their code. Every SMSCreation number is a real mobile number in its country's official format — not a VoIP line — so it passes those checks the same way a SIM in your pocket does.

And we stand behind it with a 7-day replacement guarantee: if your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or refund 100% if you prefer.

  • Non-VoIP, real mobile line type — line-type checks see an ordinary SIM number, not a VoIP line
  • Official country format with the right country code, prefix and digit count
  • Unlimited incoming SMS and calls — codes arrive by text or through the “call me” option
  • Private to you — never listed on public SMS sites, so it isn't flagged or rate-limited
  • Yours for as long as you want — re-verification and account recovery keep working

AliExpress phone verification details

AliExpress keeps up to three phone numbers on an account and manages each one separately. The registered or login number is the one you signed up with, or later switched to, for signing in. The receiving number sits in your shipping address. A wallet or payment number is used for payment methods such as Pay after delivery, installments and Konbini. AliExpress says it can't add a login phone number to an account that wasn't registered with one; those accounts sign in and verify with an email address instead.

Account verification appears when you log in, change your password, change your email or phone number, or delete the account. AliExpress shows the methods open to you under “other ways to verify”: email, phone (for accounts registered with a phone number), a linked social account, or details of a card payment. In some situations a phone number is the only method offered. If you register with an SMSCreation number, keep it renewed, because it becomes both your login and a way back into the account.

Common AliExpress problems and fixes

  • The new number cannot be recognized → a format problem → select the country code from the list and enter plain digits with no blank spaces or “-”.
  • The new number is already registered → it's been used on another AliExpress account → check whether you used it before, or choose a different number.
  • The old number can't receive verification → use another method under “other ways to verify”; if that fails, customer service can change the number once you give an order number and its payment record.
  • There's no option to change the phone number → the account was registered with email, not a phone number → set a valid email to sign in and verify.
  • The code doesn't arrive → check the country code and digits, then request a new one. Our guide “Verification code not received” covers the next steps.
05

Which AliExpress number to use for what

Because AliExpress keeps a login number, a receiving number and a wallet number apart, you can mix and match. The login number is the one that matters for security. It's what AliExpress texts when you sign in, change your password, change your email or phone, or delete the account. The receiving number is part of your shipping address. The wallet or payment number is linked to methods such as Pay after delivery, installments and Konbini.

A sensible split is to register with a number you'll keep, and set the receiving number separately in each shipping address. If you ever lose access to the login number, AliExpress lists other ways to verify: email, a linked social account, or card payment details. Some flows offer phone only, so changing the login number early beats being locked out later.

Keep it as long as you want

AliExpress may ask for your number again — on a new phone, after a reinstall or for account recovery. Keep your number renewed and it stays yours, so you can always receive the code.

Not what you needed? Our 7-day replacement guarantee — if the number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or Google, we replace it free or refund 100%; plus a no-questions-asked refund if you haven't used it for any call or SMS.

Questions

Does an SMSCreation number work with AliExpress?

In most cases, yes: our numbers are real mobile numbers, so AliExpress can send its code to them by SMS — and by call where AliExpress offers it. AliExpress's own sign-up rules still apply, so check the verification details on this page before you buy.

Which country should I choose for AliExpress?

Any country works. Pick the country where you want your contacts to see a local number, or where the service you're joining expects one.

Will the number work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and Google?

Yes — guaranteed. It's a real mobile number with unlimited incoming SMS and calls, so verification codes arrive by SMS or voice call. If it doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free within 7 days — or refund 100%.

Can I keep using the same number for AliExpress?

Yes. The number is yours for as long as you keep it renewed, so you can receive codes again for new devices or account recovery.

What if I don't need the number after all?

You're covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee — if the number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or Google, we replace it free or refund 100%; plus a no-questions-asked refund if you haven't used it for any call or SMS — request a refund within 7 days of activation.

How much does it cost?

From $1.80 a month on the yearly plan (billed yearly at $21.60/year). Every plan includes unlimited incoming SMS and calls, 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 minutes.

Can I add a phone number to an AliExpress account I opened with email?

Not as a login number. AliExpress says it can't add a login phone number to an account that wasn't registered with one, so those accounts verify by email. You can still put a number in your shipping address as the receiving number.

Is my login number used for deliveries?

No. The receiving number in your shipping address is separate from the login number. AliExpress asks you to update it before you place an order, because it's hard to change once the order is placed.

Can I use different numbers for my AliExpress login and my shipping address?

Yes. AliExpress treats the login number, the receiving number in your shipping address and the wallet number as separate entries, each managed on its own.

How do I type my number on AliExpress?

Choose the country code from the list, then enter digits only, with no spaces or dashes. Our dashboard shows each number in that country's official mobile format.
