How Adobe verification works
Adobe texts a code to confirm a mobile number, and can send two-step verification codes by SMS. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.
Because SMSCreation numbers are real mobile numbers, Adobe treats them like any other phone: the code is delivered to your number and shows up in your dashboard inbox straight away.
Why it works with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram & Google
Apps check more than the digits: they look up the line type, the country format and whether the number can actually receive their code. Every SMSCreation number is a real mobile number in its country's official format — not a VoIP line — so it passes those checks the same way a SIM in your pocket does.
And we stand behind it with a 7-day replacement guarantee: if your number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free with a new number in the same country — or refund 100% if you prefer.
- Non-VoIP, real mobile line type — line-type checks see an ordinary SIM number, not a VoIP line
- Official country format with the right country code, prefix and digit count
- Unlimited incoming SMS and calls — codes arrive by text or through the “call me” option
- Private to you — never listed on public SMS sites, so it isn't flagged or rate-limited
- Yours for as long as you want — re-verification and account recovery keep working
Adobe account phone verification details
An Adobe account uses a mobile number in three ways. It helps you recover the account if you forget your password or lose your email. It lets you verify your identity by text message when two-step verification is on. And it brings security alerts about sign-ins and account changes. To add one, sign in, go to Account information and access and select Add (or Change) beside Mobile phone. Choose the country, enter the number, select Add, then type the code Adobe texts you and select Confirm.
To turn on two-step verification, open Sign-in and security → Two-step verification and switch on text message (SMS), email or the Adobe Account Access app. You can run several methods, and Adobe prompts you to allow a backup. Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Recovery is strict: if two-step verification is on and you forget your password, you need at least two of your email, mobile number and Account Access app. Without two, Adobe recommends creating a new account, so keep the number active.

Common Adobe problems and fixes
- No code by text → codes can be delayed → wait a few minutes, select Resend Code, or choose Use another method and switch to email. Our guide "Verification code not received" covers the phone side.
- Verification code expired → Adobe codes last 10 minutes → select Resend Code on the Verify your identity page and enter the new one.
- Can't remove the phone number → your account is managed by a company or school that enforces two-step verification → ask your IT administrator.
- Forgot the password and lost the phone → you need two of email, phone and the Account Access app → keeping the number active prevents this dead end.
Resetting an Adobe password with your phone instead of your inbox
Adobe's help page on phone verification describes a reset path that skips email entirely, provided a phone number is already on the account. At account.adobe.com you enter your email address, select Continue, and in the Enter your password window choose Reset your password. In the Update your password window you pick Get your code another way, then in Verify your identity choose Text code to number ending in, followed by the last two digits of your phone number.
Those two digits are your check that Adobe is texting the right line. Type the code from the SMS into Update your password, set the new password twice and select Update Password. Adobe also offers a checkbox that signs you out of all active logins at the same moment, useful if you suspect someone else had your password. If nothing arrives, the window has a Didn't receive your code? link.
Where the phone route doesn't work
- Adobe says you can't reset the password this way if you try signing in with a social account.
- The texted code is an alternative, not a requirement: the same screen still lets you verify with a code sent to your email address.
- The number must already be on the profile before you lose access. Add it under Account information and access while you can still sign in, then the reset path is there when you need it.
Verify Adobe with your number in 4 steps
- 01Choose a country and pick a mobile number.
- 02Pay in crypto or from your wallet — from $1.80 a month on the yearly plan.
- 03Enter the number in Adobe with its country code and request the code.
- 04Open your SMSCreation inbox, copy the code and you're verified.

Questions
Does an SMSCreation number work with Adobe?
In most cases, yes: our numbers are real mobile numbers, so Adobe can send its code to them by SMS — and by call where Adobe offers it. Adobe's own sign-up rules still apply, so check the verification details on this page before you buy.
Which country should I choose for Adobe?
Any country works. Pick the country where you want your contacts to see a local number, or where the service you're joining expects one.
Will the number work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and Google?
Yes — guaranteed. It's a real mobile number with unlimited incoming SMS and calls, so verification codes arrive by SMS or voice call. If it doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, Google or any app you need, we replace it free within 7 days — or refund 100%.
Can I keep using the same number for Adobe?
Yes. The number is yours for as long as you keep it renewed, so you can receive codes again for new devices or account recovery.
What if I don't need the number after all?
You're covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee — if the number doesn't work with WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram or Google, we replace it free or refund 100%; plus a no-questions-asked refund if you haven't used it for any call or SMS — request a refund within 7 days of activation.
How much does it cost?
From $1.80 a month on the yearly plan (billed yearly at $21.60/year). Every plan includes unlimited incoming SMS and calls, 500 outgoing SMS and 1,000 minutes.
Can I use this number for Adobe two-step verification?
Yes. It's a real mobile number, so Adobe's codes arrive by text in your dashboard. Enter them within 10 minutes. Pair it with email as a backup method. With both in place, you meet Adobe's two-of-three recovery rule if you ever forget your password.
Why does Adobe need two recovery methods?
If two-step verification is on and you forget your password, Adobe asks for access to at least two of your email address, mobile number and Adobe Account Access app. Without two, Adobe recommends creating a new account, so keeping the number renewed matters.
Can I reset my Adobe password with only my phone?
Yes, if the number is already on your Adobe account. Start at account.adobe.com, select Reset your password, choose Get your code another way and Text code to number ending in the last two digits shown. Enter the SMS code and set a new password.
Why can't I see the text-code option on Adobe's reset screen?
Adobe says the phone reset isn't available when you sign in with a social account. It also only appears if a mobile number was added to the account beforehand.
Does resetting my Adobe password log out other devices?
Only if you tick the box to sign out of all active logins on the Update your password screen. Adobe offers it as an option during the reset.
